POSITION SUMMARY: The Career Coach will assist students to identify career goals through personal and group consultation. Utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, career coaches will promote academic and personal success by implementing a comprehensive program that encompasses areas of personal and social development of students as well as academic and career needs.

Career Coach positions are currently available in the following counties:

Clarke, Covington, Forrest, Greene, Hancock, Lauderdale,  Pearl River, Perry, Scott, Wayne. Specific schools will be discussed during the interview process.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Career Coach will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the Career STEP(Career Skills Training Education Pathways) Program funded through the Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funds. The
Career Coach will provide career counseling, job readiness training, mentoring, and all other
necessary pre-employment skills to eligible participants ages 16 through 59.
